• Once the order has been despatched, we cannot amend or cancel it.

Returning Unwanted Items

If the item you ordered turns out to be unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund on unused products returned in original, resalable condition.

• We will issue a full refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.
• Please note: Postage charges are non-refundable for returned unwanted items.
