At Home Supplies Direct, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — our friendly team is always here to help and find the best solution for you.

Amending or Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind or need to make a quick update?

  • Call our Customer Service Team on 0208 998 0118 as soon as possible.
  • We can make changes up until your order has been dispatched
  • Once your order has left our warehouse, we’re unable to amend or cancel it — but we’ll always support you with the next steps

In-Store Collection

We offer a convenient in-store collection option for our customers.

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

If you require collection outside of these hours, we may be able to arrange a special collection time.

Please contact us in advance to organise any special arrangements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your order, but occasionally things can go wrong.

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including free replacements or resending items where needed.

Before Returning an Item

Not quite what you expected? We completely understand.

Before arranging a return, we encourage you to contact our team first. In many cases, we can:

  • Help with product guidance or usage
  • Offer alternatives or replacements
  • Save you the time and cost of returning the item

We’re always happy to help you get the best out of your purchase.

Returning Unwanted Items

If you still wish to return your item:

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return unwanted items
  • Items must be unused and in their original, resalable condition
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the product price

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable for unwanted items (change of mind)

Large & Oversized Returns

Some larger items may not be accepted by standard postal services such as Royal Mail due to size restrictions.

  • In these cases, returns must be arranged using a suitable courier such as Parcelforce or a similar service
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for your peace of mind
