 Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available when ordering online. On checking out, you will need to select "Click & Collect Perivale" as your delivery option. You can then collect from our Perivale collection centre. An email will be sent to you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

UK Delivery (includes Highlands and Offshore*)
We offer a FREE UK standard delivery service for all orders of £30 or over. Standard delivery is usually delivered within 1-4 working days. For orders less than £30 the postage and packaging charge is £2.95 or for orders less than £5 is just £1.95.

* Large items will incur an out of area charge as they have to be sent via courier. See Out of Area below.

UK Express Delivery
In need of your deliver fast?  We offer a Next Day Service! Once the items have been dispatched through our service provider your item will take 1-2 working days to arrive but aim for next day.

 Our Express Delivery is £6.99* (*This price is for UK Mainland only and does not apply to various different locations in certain areas - please see terms and conditions and out of area options for details). We use DPD for the majority of our Express delivery orders. In some cases we may use a different courier due to where you are based or the shape/size of the item you have ordered.

DPD do not deliver on a Saturday unless Saturday Delivery is selected £10.95. This will guarantee delivery of your item on that day.

Out of Area
We deliver to most postal areas in the Scottish Highlands and Offshore, but unfortunately due to certain geographical locations our carrier restricts our service by charging a postal fee of £14.99

BFPO
Unfortunately parcels despatched to forces personnel serving overseas (British Forces Post Office/BFPO) can only be sent using our standard service.

Our delivery rates are based on which zone you may be located in. Your order will be sent via DPD or Royal Mail Airsure, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Terms of Shipping
Shipping and handling charges refers to one transaction. Special deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. 

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier's control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery. 

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by the Supplier in advance of the quoted delivery date. 

Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.

Prices displayed above and countries listed may change without notice. In the unlikely event that our courier was to charge more than expected we would pass on the costs but first explain the extra charges to complete your order and to confirm if you would like to continue.
