Amending or Cancelling Your Order
Changed your mind or need to tweak your order?
- Give our Customer Service Team a call on 0208 998 0118 as soon as possible.
- We can make changes right up until your order has been dispatched.
- Once your order has left our warehouse, we’re unable to amend or cancel it — but we’ll always help you with returns if needed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully pack every order, but sometimes accidents happen.
- Please check your parcel when it arrives.
- If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, let us know within 30 days (or within 7 days for shortages).
- Call our Product Returns Team on 0208 998 0118 or email us at sales@homesuppliesdirect.com.
We’ll replace or resend missing or damaged items free of charge, and we’ll work quickly to make things right.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your item isn’t quite what you expected, that’s okay!
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to return unwanted items.
- Items must be unused and in their original, resalable condition.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the item price in full.

- Return postage costs for unwanted items aren’t refundable.
