Amending or Cancelling an Order

Heavy Parcel Charges

For orders over 2kg, additional shipping charges may apply depending on delivery region and total cart weight.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, selected shipping method, and total cart weight.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If you’ve received damaged goods, missing items, or incorrect products, we will resolve the issue quickly.
