Maun Hole Punch Pliers for Stationers 6.4mm – Heavy Duty Single Hole Punch for Paper, Card, Office & Craft Work

Maun Hole Punch Pliers for Stationers 6.4mm are robust single-hole punch pliers designed to create clean 6.4mm (1/4") holes through up to 25 sheets of 80g/m² paper in one operation. Featuring a precision-ground HRC 57 punch, spring stripper and return spring, they provide reliable, controlled punching while helping prevent the tool from jamming in the pierced hole.

Product Overview

Designed for demanding stationery, office and craft applications, the Maun Hole Punch Pliers combine high punching capacity with a sturdy 200mm plier design. They can pierce up to 25 sheets of standard 80g/m² paper at once, making them particularly useful when working with larger quantities of paperwork or project materials.

The precision-ground punch is case hardened to HRC 57 for durability and consistent performance. A spring stripper helps remove the punch cleanly from the pierced hole, while the return spring built into the handle automatically opens the pliers after each operation. Together, these features help reduce jamming and make repeated punching easier.

The zinc-plated handles and punch provide a rust-resistant finish, while detailing on the handles adds grip during use. With a 35mm usable jaw length, the tool can punch a 6.4mm hole up to 32mm from the edge of the paper, providing useful flexibility for paperwork, filing, crafts and projects.
